Intel core i5 or i7 for a hard core gamer?

I play games every single day, games like Grand Theft Auto IV or Modern Warfare 2 etc, games that normally designed for PS3. Should I buy an i5 or i7? And will I see any huge differences between them?|||if we're talkin bout jus the processor a i7 works better. but you mite wanna check on the rest of ur parts also to know if they would work better wit either the i5 or i7.|||in my opinion i saw better performance with a i5 but it also had a better gpu behind it sooo im not exactly sure but i enjoyed the i5|||i7 is today intel's flagship. It a better performing CPU. Thats all I can tell you.
