How do i use my ultimate gamer card?

I just purcheses an ultimate gamer for perferct world. I tried entering the pin number but it was invalid. Then i try to activate it in ntreev or grandchase. I entered it in there and it worked, but when i try to enter the pin on the pefect world website it didnt work. What do i do?? Q_Q''|||If the card is activated go to perfect world and contact live support. Make sure your card is activated though. Usually you must call someone, not all places double check like perfect world might.
