Whenever I try and buy a gamer picture from my friends xbox i click download, but then i click on cetegory and?

I click on category, then it takes me back to the dashboard.... is this happening toy uo too? help plz. my xbox has red rings, so this is at my friends house and he and i both wanna no|||Does this too my friend and I too, just ignore it for now and hopefully Microsoft will fix it soon!
