Those aren't really the best examples and could be taken but most female gamers that I know try to make their gamertags reflect the fact that they are girls but that have "nerd cred" (for a lack of a better term) and can play with the guys. Something along the lines of these gamertags I listed would be pretty decent. Don't forget to put a sweet motto and bio to match...
