What is a good motherboard/cpu combo that wouldn't break my wallet? I'm making a gamer pc?

I'm going to use this computer I'm making a gaming computer....It doesn't need to be like a hardcore gaming computer but I'm wanting to have a decent motherboard/cpu combo and a decent Graphics card cause I want to be able to stream/play games with no problems at all....What is a good motherboard/cpu combo that wouldn't break my wallet? Define "break my wallet". That is way, WAY too subjective to be useful at all. Give us a budget. Do you need anything else? Case? Power supply? Drives?
