Game design... Graphic Design... Project manager... Anything you want, man...
The good thing is that most of the graphics in a game can, and will, be used in hollywood for movies, too... you could do both. There are plenty of opportunities out there.|||Punching burgers or fries with your trigger finger at McDonalds.
Get off the couch dude.|||It is possible to get a career in video games but you need tro know how to actually make the games or at least understand what goes in to it. What you actually do specifically, that's up to you. I'm actually a freshman in college and I'm in a new major they just started here: Computer Games and Entertainment Technology. My first gaming course is this semester! YAY!|||You could get a degree in technical engineering and work on the graphics. You could work for Microsoft for a few years since they're behind the XBOX franchise.
The truly best career would be hardware engineering and, my favorite, video game testing. However, testing video games aren't just fun and games since some game, such as DDR, can be dangerous. That goes double for the Wii testing since it took a LOT of testing to finally come up with the simple sized control in your hand.
If you wanna get your hands dirty, technical engineering. If you wanna have dangerous fun, video game tester.
