My friend claims she's a 'hardcore' gamer even though she only plays Wii games?

So I want to know what makes a 'gamer'. In my opinion I do not feel she is 'hardcore', she plays wii alot but she doesn't play a range of games just things on the wii and nds. Little kids play wii till their bed time yet others do not refer to them as hardcore or even gamers in general.





So what do you guys think what defines a gamer and a hardcore gamer?|||A gamer LOVES games. (doesnt have to be all games, or even most popular, but would rather play games than do much else.)A "hardcore" gamer is someone who will spend relentless hours and days playing games. They play only the hardest levels and beats them quickly, and usually gets all of the secrets. How much does she love her Wii? does she usually chose it over you? does she play her DS even when she's with you? Then she's probably a Gamer. If she wants to think she's Hardcore, whats the harm in letting her? She's only making a fool of herself.|||i die hard gaming fan someone who owns the latest and greatest game like black ops and are PRO AT IT those who play fast paced action games take them seriously and of course none of that wii or hand held console crap cause theres no challenge or skill involved in them.
