It's one XBL subscription per gamer profile, so if you have 3 people that wants their own profile and play on XBL, they'll have to get their own XBL subscription. You can, however, play with guests on your subscrition. When you log in, then up to 3 others can join in and play if game permits. Cant play every game type this way, but you can still have lots of fun.
