Is it rare or likely to find gamer girls these days?

what do they go for, no lives who pwn or jocks who suck at games?|||Not really, I am a girl and I know lots of other girls that like games. It kind of differs from girl to girl on how much of a hardcore gamer she is (just like guys). I'm probably a bit more hardcore than my friends. But I think we girls look for more in a relationship than just video games. For me (and probably other gamer girls), it is definitely a plus if you like games because that is something we would have in common. So gamer girls may go for someone in between (no lives means you may not be willing to part with the games for even a little bit for quality relationship time, and Jocks that suck obviously don't play often enough to really like games which would lose points if I like to). Really, everyone is different and you can't stereotype. I love RPGs!|||Sonny, I think it's time you and I had a talk about the birds and the bees...





You see, when a girl plays video games, it means she's one of two things, the first being more likely.





1. She's not very aesthetically pleasing.





2. She's got a personality that could scare carrot top away.





Either way, you should probably stay away.





In all seriousness though, girls all like different things. You can't stereotype and categorize it, whether they play games or not. To answer your first question though, it's rare. Not unheard of, but rare.|||I'm a gamerchick. My husband is a gamer as well. He's not a jock, and has a life. So you're really narrowing down the field man.





We're both almost 30, have respectable, good paying jobs, and play games with our kids (and NOT just with them, we play on our own, too). And no, we don't suck. My husband's gamerscore is over 60,000 and I just started my own account in May and mine is over 1000. We also have a Wii, a PS3 and 3 DS's. We make gaming a family affair, to technically we've got 3 gamer gals in this house.|||Hey, I LOVE video games, they are like awesome, personally i haven't played gory games but i want to. And when this guy was looking at my picture from our year book (he's going to a different school) he thought i was hot lol. And i am great at video games, almost every one that i have played i was pretty good at. Saddly the game i recently got into got deleted from my comp and it wont let me download again. But i am not into the stupid jocks, tryed dating one...now i want to kill him in his sleep. so :P.|||Aight, they do exist but we are rare. There are some girls out there who just live for games, such as myself. id rather have a gamer who i can play with over anyone anyday...if they dont play wtf would we have in common. so...to answer ur question most gamer girls like gamer guys but its hard to find a gamer girl..lol. good luck|||I'm a gamer chick and so are my friends. Is anyone willing to help a gamer?

So, most gamers know that the Halo: Reach Beta came out. And I'm supposed to be making some commentaries on it. But I dont have any xbox live time. Does anyone have a 48 hour trials or one months to spare? So I can get some of this footage and commentary on it.|||I don't but if you look at the bungie site, people are already posting rendered videos. You can also probably find files on YouTube. The only real problem is that you can't control the video files and you have to ask permission.





Maybe if you're lucky you can find someone who would be nice enough to go out of their way and get the type of footage you're specifically looking for.

What type of gamer would I be? causal, hardcore, something else?

Sometimes I pick certain games that I want to beat, but play it sparingly %26amp; take my time. Really can't stand sitting playing games fro 15 hours. Not really into MMORPG because I have no friends to play with %26amp; don't bother paying for extra gear, subscriptions, or whatever. Buying a game %26amp; beating it solo is good enough for me.|||You're more of a casual gamer in my opinion. You just play a game, beat it, and move onto something different. Hardcore gamers will do what you described.

What do you think of them? Do you not care, think it's hot, get 'hard', don't like it? Or what? Some people thinks it's weird that I play video games like halo 3 and black ops. How many hours does a hardcore gamer play a week?

I'd say that if they play an average of 6-8 hours per day, then they play around 40-50 hours a week.|||Oh God... i play to beat my games in 48 hours or less... :/ I just bought assassins creed 2 and dantes inferno on the 17... i just finished assassins creed... and im on th 4th circle of hell on dantes inferon... Which is a little over half way... I play up to 48 hours at a time...

|||In a week i play at the very least 60 hours... But im not lazy... i work out and stasy fit.... but i live in West Virginia... and we live a little below the Mason Dixson line... To put it simply... we live in the middle of nowhere... At least a 45 minute drive to pretty much anywhere...

|||if you are rich and can afford new tripple A titles then 4 or more hours a day about 4 or 5 days a week but if you are a poor hardcore gamer that can't afford alot of titles especially not full priced ones then about 2 hours a day most days as you would not wan't to complete the game to quickly|||about 48 hrs...


sometimes I do more tho cuz I'm bored and really dont have a life outside of my games(no, its NOT because I play games, its cuz I have nothing else to do and there's no place to go since I live out in the middle of nowhere you have to drive at least half an hour to get anywhere)|||i am a hardcore player and i play world of warcraft, modern warfare 2 and bioshock 2 and i spend at least 48 hours and at the most 68.|||i normally play 91 hours a week 18 on the weekend and 11 mon-thur and somehow i am passing in school|||48 hours a week|||as many as his/her hardcore parents tell him/her|||I would say about 5 hours a day or more.
